    In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener. Stir well.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).

    In the morning, stir and add a splash of milk if too thick.

    Top with fresh berries and serve cold. Keeps in fridge up to 4 days.
