Frozen Peanut Butter Banana Bites

Slice bananas into 1.5cm rounds. Spread peanut butter on one slice, sandwich with another.

Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze 1 hour until firm.

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip each frozen sandwich into chocolate, letting excess drip off.

Return to tray, sprinkle with sea salt, and freeze 30 more minutes. Store in the freezer.
