Instructions

    Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic for teriyaki sauce. Reserve half.

    Marinate salmon in half the sauce for 30 minutes. Cook rice per package instructions.

  3. 3

    Pan-sear or bake salmon at 200°C (392°F) for 12–15 minutes. Brush with reserved sauce in final 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Steam or roast broccoli. Divide rice, salmon, and broccoli into 4 containers. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
