Pesto Chicken Zucchini Noodles

Spiralize zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler. Pat dry.

Season and pan-sear chicken breasts in olive oil until cooked through. Slice thin.

In the same pan, add garlic and tomatoes. Cook 3 minutes until tomatoes soften.

Add zucchini noodles and toss 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in pesto and chicken. Top with Parmesan.
