Two-Ingredient Parmesan Crisps

Preheat oven to 190°C (374°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Mix Parmesan with seasonings. Spoon heaped tablespoons onto the tray, spacing 5cm apart. Flatten into thin circles.

Bake 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbling but not dark. Watch carefully.

Cool completely on the tray — they will crisp up as they cool. Store in an airtight container.
